Our Milking Parlor

• Double-12 parallel
• 24 cows milked at a time
• “Afi-milk” computer system measures milk production, cow movement, & helps monitor cow health.
• 22 hours a day operating
• 7+ hours per milking
• Each cow is milked 3 times / day
• 30 minutes between each milking for clean-up

Our Monitoring System

• ​Afi milk collars monitor rumination on our transition cows
• Any departures from normal rumination times put a cow an alarm list for our staff to check

Our Milk Trucking

• 3 minutes from cow to a semi tanker
• 3 seconds milk cooled from 101º to 35º F

Our Milk Plant

• Saputo Cheese plant near Waupun
• 11 Semi trailers delivered a week
• 6,200 gallons per trailer load
